Carlos Mendez

I was born in California and raised in Warsaw, Indiana. I graduated from Purdue University Fort Wayne with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Administration. Before getting into insurance, I spent eight years working in retail, including six years in retail roles and two years in management. That experience taught me a lot about working with people, communicating effectively, and understanding what matters most to each person.

I started my insurance career in late 2024, and one of the things I enjoy most about the industry is that there's always something new to learn. Every client has different needs, and I enjoy getting to know people, helping them understand their options, and finding coverage that makes sense for their situation.

I'm excited to continue building my career with D&E Insurance Agency. My goal is to make insurance easier to understand, be someone clients can count on, and build lasting relationships based on trust and honest communication.
